Terms of Service

1. Services
Thrisha provides narrative infrastructure services including podcast production, LinkedIn narrative distribution, and newsletter system management. Specific deliverables, cadences, and metrics are defined in your individual service agreement, which supersedes these general terms where they conflict.
2. Free trial
The 14-day free trial is available to qualified B2B SaaS founders meeting the eligibility criteria described at thrisha.com/free-trial. The trial is non-transferable. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, services cease unless you choose to continue under a paid agreement. Trial deliverables (content produced during the trial) are yours to keep regardless of whether you continue.
3. IP ownership
All content produced by Thrisha using your voice, ideas, and source material is owned by you. This includes LinkedIn posts, newsletter editions, podcast scripts, show notes, and any other deliverables. Thrisha retains no rights to content produced for your brand. The Voice Loop methodology, tooling, and internal processes remain Thrisha’s intellectual property.
4. Confidentiality
Thrisha treats all client information as confidential. We do not share client strategies, metrics, or business information with other clients or third parties (except as necessary to operate the service, e.g., distribution platforms). We may reference client results in case studies with explicit written permission only.
5. Payment
Paid services are billed monthly in advance. Payment terms are net-15 from invoice date. Services suspend after 30 days of non-payment. All fees are in USD. No refunds for partial months once a billing period has begun — if you cancel, services continue through the end of the paid period.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties beyond the 30-day notice period.
7. Limitation of liability
Thrisha’s liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, open rates, inbound volume, or revenue outcomes. Results stated on the website are from specific client engagements and are not guarantees of your results.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
