1. What we collect
When you submit the free trial form, book a call, or contact us, we collect: your name, work email address, company name, LinkedIn URL (optional), and any information you provide in text fields. We do not collect credit card information during the free trial — no payment details are required until you choose to continue.
2. How we use it
We use your information to: evaluate trial applications, conduct onboarding calls, deliver services you’ve contracted for, send editorial content and performance reports as part of the service, and improve our internal processes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Marketing communications
If you submit the trial form, we may send you onboarding emails and service-related communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing hello@thrisha.com. Service-related communications (invoices, content approvals, analytics reports) are part of the contract and cannot be unsubscribed from while services are active.
4. Data retention
We retain trial application data for 24 months. Active client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@thrisha.com — we will process deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Third-party services
We use third-party services for: analytics (aggregate, anonymized), CRM (client management), scheduling (call booking), and email delivery. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not share personally identifiable information with these services beyond what is necessary to operate.
6. Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies: session cookies necessary for site functionality and anonymized analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
